Today I got to do a redo of yesterday’s dinner, and made the exact same dish again. I wasn’t happy with my performance yesterday, so I got to have another go at it today, and it went better. I used different noodles and sugar snap peas instead of mangetout, but other than that it was the same dinner. It was just better this time.
I think mainly the fact that I wasn’t drunk when I was cooking it helped out this time, and it was served warm and tasty.
I feel like my presentation skills still leave something to be desired, but it tasted pretty good. Although, it’s hard to make noodles look good because they are by design just a slob of food all mixed together.
Until tomorrow, it went better this time.
