Today I cooked a ribeye steak with dauphinois potatoes. I also had a litre and a half of 9% beer/champagne because it came in a cool bottle. Yes I said beer/champagne. No I didn’t know that was a thing before. Maybe it’s like my gateway to becoming a fully fledged wine drinker. Add some champagne bubbles to a beer and apparently it makes it 9%.

Anyway here’s food

There was no gruyere in the dauphinois because I was mixing it up. Also, I had to buy a special roasting dish because apparently I don’t own one.

Until tomorrow, that was a very good way to finish a bank holiday weekend.
