Today I think I’m going to have an early night to prepare for what is going to be a weekend of little sleep, and lots of alcohol. I’m going into work tomorrow, and then disappearing to the pub at midday and will not be seen for the rest of the day.

I’m getting the train in, and the train back, which usually means it’s not going to go well. Or go really well, depending on which way you look at it. I somehow have to wake up early enough to go for a run before I get on the train tomorrow, because I’m still on this streak of running 5k every day.

A nice early night should mean I’ll be up in plenty of time tomorrow, but it’s Saturday’s run I’m more worried about. I’m heading to London on an 8am train, which means I need to go for a run at 7am whilst hungover.

I mean, twice throughout this streak I have gone for a run while literally already drunk, but I somehow think a hangover will be worse.

Until tomorrow, I need to sleep well tonight.
