Today at a time when I needed him most, Duff showed up out of nowhere. He surprised me and Jim by showing up to the night out we’d had planned in Cheltenham. He’d driven from London just for it.

It’s like his telepathy knew that I needed my mates, and when I got to Spence’s he was just there to surprise me.

I don’t think I’ve ever been so glad to see him. And Jim. And Spence.
