Today we had pancakes for pancake day. Or crepes for crepe cake day.

There’s a crepe place near the car park at work. We’ve walked past it so many times and spoken about trying it out but never did.

Today seemed like a more appropriate day than ever.

I am unsure about savoury pancakes. It was like an omelette except without the egg. Except it did have an egg on top.

Unsure.
