Today was a day of real personal growth, as for the first time in as long as I can remember, all of my dirty washing now fits within the washing basket, and is no longer overflowing into a pile on the floor.

Hashtag killing it. Hashtag personal development.

The washing basket is still full, and there is a clothes horse full of clean but wet stuff which is not get put away, and I kinda couldn’t be arsed to put the fresh sheets on right away, but still.

Yes I’m writing a blog about my laundry basket. That is the wild start to my bank holiday weekend. But it is a small victory worth sharing.

Until tomorrow, my sink is full of dishes though.
