July 22nd 2019 Today I wanted to say that I’ve officially started a new “exercise every day for 21 days” challenge, but I played football this evening and my feet are in a bad way, so it’s possible that I’ll have to stop my streak after one day. There’s this trend going around Instagram called “100 Days Of Sweat” wherein, and get this, you sweat for 100 days. Puffed

July 15th 2019 Today I played football and realised that my base level of fitness is completely gone. I’m not a fantastic footballer, but the one thing that has always given me an advantage when I play five/six-a-side is that I can run fast, and I can run far. Well, I used to be able to. Allegiance

May 29th 2019 Today Arsenal got trounced in a European final and I’m not sure whether I don’t really care that much because A) We lost or B) I don’t really care that much. It’s hard to tell because obviously losing in such a manner has made me feel relatively indifferent about the occasion, but if “we” had’ve won, would I have been ecstatic? I’m not sure.
