Rejoined
May 14th 2024 Today I rejoined the F45 gym. It’s been about a year since I last went. Shortly after I got the dog and he couldn’t initially be left home alone, I slowly stopped going. And then he was fine to be left alone and I just didn’t go back. And now I feel old and depressed and stiff and fat and to not feel old and depressed and stiff and fat. So today I rejoined F45.
