Today started with golf and ended with gym. My muscles hurt in places I did not know I had muscles. Apparently some of them are tendons.

You know like the back of your knee is your hamstring, I think? What’s that called except on the front of your elbow? Where your forearm meets your bicep. That bit. Your handstring. That bit hurts. On both sides.
